The location was convenient for getting around. It was just a short walk to many restaurants and shops. the central train station was very close. i found the staff very cute, and they made check-in smooth. i especially liked that there was a coffee machine available for complimentary use in the lobby.

the stairs were quite narrow and steep, posing a slight challenge with luggage.

the staff was very helpful and friendly, even printing out directions when i needed them. the reception area seemed customer-oriented and was available 24 hours, convenient. attention to my requests for the room to be on the same floor as reception was met quickly.

the hotel is very close to the main station, about a five to seven minute walk. damrak street offers proximity to major attractions, iconic sights and the central train station. the proximity made it easy to pop back to the hotel during the day.

The location was central to everything making it easy to walk everywhere. I appreciated the free coffee available in the reception area it was a nice touch. The room was cleaned daily this included fresh towels and restocked toilet rolls. The staff was always helpful and spoke excellent english which i greatly appreciated.

The room was a bit small, but this is typical for hotels in this area.

The triple room included super comfortable beds and pillows. It was the best I had during my two-week Europe trip. Air conditioning and bathrooms are included in the rooms.

the hotel provided free coffee at reception, it was very nice. the location was near to a central station and many shops, it made things easier. i was able to leave my luggage safely at the hotel after checking out, that helped me a lot.

i found the stairs to be steep.

the location of the hotel is excellent. it allows walking distance from the central station. it is steps away from a canal cruise i wanted to experience. the staff was helpful, they gave needed guidance.

stairs smell badly i think. other guests made much noise. i could hear other guests running up and down the stairs and banging doors during the night until early morning, also talking loudly.
